NEW YEARS TICKETS ARE ON SALE ON WEDNESDAY 1ST OCOTBER!

 

For the month of October tickets for our New Years Eve Party will cost £10 per person before going up to the full price of £15 after that.  Last years event sold out in a week so don't miss out this year!

CHRISTMAS 2008 AT THE BULL

 

This years Christmas menu is available to collect from the pub or to be sent out to you by email or post.  We think its going to taste fantastic and a giant leap forward from last years menu! 

 

We are taking bookings already (someone has already booked the entire pub - how organised!) so simply give us a call and we'll try our best to help you organise your Christmas meal.

 

As for Christmas Day we've decided to do the same as last year so only the bar will be open from 12-2pm.  We had such a good turnout from the locals, friends and family it really made it a special day and we hope to see everyone here again this year.

 

NEW AUTUMN MENU LAUNCHED

Our new autumn menu was launched on Monday 1st September!  We've given the menu a rustic angle which will lead nicely into the winter menu launched at the end of October.  The menu is now online on the menu page.  Enjoy!

 

AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY FESTIVAL

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came to our first August Bank Holiday festival.  To say we were surprised with Sundays turnout is an understatement!  We think you'll agree that the music from Paul Whitehead on Sunday and Kristyna Myles on Monday was fantastic.  We managed to get through over 1000 pints of real ale in 4 days which is a great show of support for the local brewers involved!

We will be holding another next year, and maybe even adding an Easter date as well.  Watch this space!

PATCHWORK EVENTS

In March this year Patchwork Events Ltd was launched by Chris Jones, Lindsay Melling and Jon Cox.  Specialising in bespoke event management, corporate team days, catering & bar services, full wedding co-ordination & private dinner parties.

In June 2008 we provided the bar services to the inaugural Bolesworth International Show jumping Classic, an event attended by over ten thousand people!
