From Chester follow the B5130 through Aldford and Churton, taking a left towards Shocklach. When you arrive at the A534 head straight across it and follow the lane until you reach the pub after 4 miles.

From Wrexham follow the A534 towards Nantwich. After crossing the River Dee take the next right signposted Crewe-by-Farndon and Shocklach. Follow the lane until you reach the pub after 4 miles.

From Nantwich follow the A534 over the A49 before going over the A41 at Broxton roundabout. In approximately 3.5 miles take a left turn signposted Crewe-by-Farndon and Shocklach. Follow the lane until you reach the pub after 4 miles.

From Whitchurch follow the A41 north before turning left at Broxton roundabout. In approximately 3.5 miles take a left turn signposted Crewe-by-Farndon and Shocklach. Follow the lane until you reach the pub after 4 miles.
